Detectives investigating the murder of Charles Roger Millar, known as Roger, have arrested two more people on suspicion of murder. Mr Millar, who was 44, was found lying in the street suffering from stab wounds on 6th June.
He was taken to Great Western Hospital, but was pronounced dead shortly after. Police found him after they were called to a reported assault in Barnum Court, Rodbourne in Swindon.
The two new arrests, of a 17-year-old boy and a 19-year-old man, took place at a residential address in Rose Street, Swindon on the evening of 7th June.
The investigation into the murder of Roger Millar, code-named Operation Mineral, has made a total of four arrests, after two men, aged 18, were arrested near to the scene of the murder on 6th June.
The forensic examination of the scene continued yesterday with Manton Street and Thomas Street remaining closed. Police have also been conducting house to house enquiries.
