Family escapes house fire

Fire crews were called to a house in Wimbourne last night after a blaze spread through the first floor bedroom.

Part of the family home was gutted by fire.

The family managed to get out of the house, along with pets Yarna the dog and twocats Teddy and Pebbles, through a fire escape.
