Is this Britain's most expensive beach hut?
The insulated, double glazed cabin in Dorset has been sold for an incredible £170,000 - after just two days on the market.
The innovative hut on the Mudeford Sand Pit in Christchurch has three rooms - including a bedroom - with full insulation and hardwood double-glazed windows.
The 5.5m x 3m hut's additional features also include a 12 volt water pump system, solar panels, fitted kitchen with fridge, even oven and hob with Corrian worktops.
Complete with harbour views it has a bunk-style top floor bedroom and digs down to a ground floor store underneath.
It's agents added: "The Cedar wood cladding and overall windows on the exterior give this hut a nautical feel and along with the comfortable accommodation provide a great base for the summer."
