MPs speak out against rail fare rises

MPs in Kent who are against plans to increase train fares next year are calling for the Government to put a cap on prices.
It was announced last week that charges will rise by an average of 6.2 per cent from January - that's twice the rate of inflation. The highest rises could go up to 11 per cent.
Mark Reckless MP for Rochester & Strood was one of those to voice his opinion.
