Three injured in forecourt fight

Dappy - real name Dino Contostavlos - will stand trial after a fight at a petrol station left three men with serious facial injuries.

The 25-year-old denied at charge of affray at Guildford Crown Court in connection with the attack in the early hours of 28th February.

He was arrested on 12th March following the incident at a Shell garage in Woodbridge Road in the Surrey town.

Dappy formed N-Dubz alongside his cousin and X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos and Richard "Fazer" Rawson. He has recently branched out as a solo artist and recorded with guitarist Brian May of Queen.

Kieran Patrick Vassell, 24,of Hammersmith, west London, Kalonji David Stewart, 31, of Harborne, Birmingham, and Alfred James Miller, 27, of Brentford, west London, all appeared as co-defendants.

Court staff said all four pleaded not guilty to affray.
