Fire has ripped through a manor house in Oxfordshire causing extensive damage.
More than eighty fire-fighters tackled the blaze at Fawler Manor near Wantage.
Fire crews from Wantage, Faringdon, Witney, Burford, Didcot (2), Slade Park & Rewley Road (Oxford), Kidlington, Woodstock, Eynsham and Wheatley as well as Royal Berkshire appliances from Hungerford, Newbury and Reading (2) all attended the incident.
It's understood the home owner raised the alarm after discovering a fire during a large thunderstorm on Saturday afternoon.
Fire investigators have confirmed that they are not treating the blaze as suspicious since it is believed that the fire was caused by a lightning strike.
