'True gent': Rugby dad collapses on pitch
A father-of-three has collapsed and died whilst playing a rugby match at Wheatley Rugby Club in Oxfordshire. Jason Laman was about to take a kick for his side during a game yesterday afternoon, when he suddenly fell down.
Jason was treated by paramedics on the pitch before being taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital. Friends and family believe he died from a heart attack.
He leaves a wife, Rayner, and three children, Chloe, Aaron and Abbie.
