Police are searching for a 29-year-old man from Poole who has breached his licence conditions and has been recalled to prison.

They have appealed to the public for help finding Lee Ivan James Hogben, who is believed to be in the Poole area.

He’s described as white, around six feet tall, of broad build and has short cropped brown hair which is gelled in a side parting. He was last seen wearing a dark blue sports type jacket, dark trousers and carrying a black sports bag.

Officers are advising members of the public not to approach Hogben if they see him. They should call the police immediately on 999.

Officers are continuing to search for Lee Hogben and we are following positive lines of enquiry. We need to trace him urgently and I would encourage any member of the public to contact the police immediately if they see him.

"He was released from prison on 11th January 2013 with licence conditions, one of which was to reside in the Somerset area. However, Hogben failed to attend this address, and has subsequently been recalled to prison.

“Hogben should not be approached under any circumstance if seen as he is considered dangerous.”
