An appeal has been made to find a purrfect home for an elderly deaf cat.
Joining forces with Caterham, Redhill and East Surrey Cats Protection, Action on Hearing Loss are seeking a loving owner for 16 year-old Sandy, who due to her deafness can be quite loud without meaning to be, including in the early hours of the morning.
She would strongly suit someone who is deaf and can offer a home where there are no other pets or small children – and no immediate neighbours.
Branch Co-ordinator Jacky Eyres, said: “Sandy is a sweet girl who came to us as a stray, desperate for love and a home.
"She would make a fantastic house cat as she snoozes most of the day away but would like her owner to be around a lot of the time. It would be the cat’s whiskers to see her find a home to call her own."
