Murder victim found stabbed in car named as Oxfordshire man
A man found dying from a stab wound in an industrial estate in Leicestershire has been identified as Timothy Smith.
The 45-year-old was originally from Oxfordshire but now lived at Tamworth in Staffordshire.
Mr Smith was found seriously injured inside a silver-coloured Ford Focus car in an industrial estate off Gelders Hall Road in Shepshed shortly before 9pm on Thursday.
Despite the efforts of paramedics, he died at the scene. A post mortem examination confirmed that he died from a stab wound.

A man and woman, both aged 53, who were arrested on Saturday have now been released from police custody.
A 20-year-old man, and a 17-year-old male, both from Shepshed, remain in custody where they are being interviewed by detectives.
