Monday lunchtime's forecast for the east of the region

Freezing fog patches overnight. Brighter later tomorrow.

This Evening and Tonight:

Dry overnight with clear spells, but becoming chilly with a frost forming in places. Becoming misty, with areas of dense freezing fog likely by morning. Winds will be light. Minimum temperature -3 °C.

Tuesday:

Freezing fog will clear slowly, perhaps lingering into the afternoon in isolated places. Dry, and otherwise becoming less cold with some bright or sunny intervals developing. Maximum temperature 10 °C.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

Milder on Wednesday, mainly dry, occasionally bright. Drizzly rain overnight and Thursday morning, then drier and clearer later with local frost Thursday night. Mainly dry, rather cloudy on Friday.
