The Conservative MP for South Thanet, Craig MacKinlay, has appeared at the Old Bailey pleading not guilty to making false declarations of election expenses.
Craig Mackinlay's trial is due to start on May 14th at Southwark Crown Court in London.
His campaign director Marion Little, 62, and election agent Nathan Gray, 28, also denied charges against them.
All three have been granted unconditional bail. Their trial at Southwark Crown Court is due to start on the 14th May.
Mr Mackinlay defeated Ukip's Nigel Farage in South Thanet in 2015.
He received support from both local Conservative activists - who said they would continue to campaign for him - and the party's national headquarters which said it believed the charges against all three accused were unfounded.
