It's nearly a year since an explosion killed one man and destroyed three flats in the Osney area of Oxford, and today an inquest was told it was 'most likely an accident'.
The blast ripped through the block in Gibbs Crescent on the 14th February destroying flat numbers 3, 5 and 7.
Oxford Coroners Court heard how Guido Schuette stored petrol tanks, a car battery and wires.
He was known to mental health services and had reportedly previously threatened to blow up the flats. He is thought to have stockpiled fuel at the apartment.
What's left of the side block remains boarded up and deserted.
But, what occurred on Valentine's Day last year is still very much in the minds of those affected.
