An investigation into the deaths of more than 100 elderly patients at the Gosport War Memorial Hospital will publish its findings on 20th June.
The Gosport Independent Panel, launched by the government in July 2014, has been investigating deaths at the hospital between 1988 and 2000.
It follows concerns by family members about the care of their relatives.
It is understood the independent panel has re-examined 833 death certificates.
Inquests into 10 deaths at the hospital have previously found that drugs were a contributory factor in some cases.
The former Bishop of Liverpool, Bishop James Jones, has lead the investigation.
He previously oversaw the Hillsborough Independent Panel.
