The pilot of a vintage jet which crashed at the Shoreham airshow killing 11 people is to be charged with manslaughter by gross negligence.
The CPS made the announcement this evening (21/03) at a special meeting with bereaved families.
The news comes two and a half years after the tragedy.

Andy Hill was performing aerobatics when the Hawker Hunter jet crashed on to the A27 in Sussex on 22 August 2015.
Families met with prosecutors at Sussex Police headquarters in Lewes to discuss the decision.
This was after nearly a three years wait to learn whether charges would be brought.
Simon Ringrose, from the CPS special crime division, said he had found 'sufficient evidence' to charge Mr Hill.
Mr Hill is charged with:
- Manslaughter by gross negligence of the 11 men who died.
- Endangering aircraft under article 137 of Air Navigation Order 2009.
