For many children, today was the last day at school before a well-earned half term break, but for one boy in Hampshire it was his first day back in nearly two months. Six-year-old Harry St Ledger from Portchester has been undergoing an intensive round of treatment for a brain tumour. His school wanted to give him a hero's welcome - and pupils dressed up in their favourite superhero to show their support for Harry.

Comic hero fan Harry wore a Spiderman mask during 6 weeks of radiotherapy in London. He and his Mum had to stay in London during the time as there was no treatment closer to home. Harry's parents have now started an appeal to raise funds for more research into brain tumours
