A Kent man who persistently rode motorbikes on and off road illegally has been handed a two-year Anti-Social Behaviour Order

A 20-year-old man from Swanscombe has been handed an Anti-Social Behaviour Order after persistently riding bikes illegally on and off-road, in public parks and at Swanscombe Heritage Park, an area of specific scientific interest.

Kyran Hodges of Irving Walk was warned by Kent Police on 16 separate occasions between 2007 and 2011.

He was reported for careless driving, no insurance, driving otherwise than in accordance with a drivers licence, and riding a motorcycle without a helmet.

He appeared at Dartford Magistrates' Court on 17th November 2011, where he pleaded guilty to all offences. The ASBO is in force for two years until 4 April 2014.
