From @londontonight on Twitter:Commuters from the South heading to Waterloo Station this morning should allow extra time for their travel as road closures around Westminster, to allow troops to prepare for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, are expected to cause delays across the city.
Driver should expect some delays on the A259 this morning. The Newhaven Swing Bridge is due to open at 08:15 on A259 at B2109, which may lead to delays.
