Three men have been arrested after claims they were seen with an air rifle in the Hengistbury Head area of Bournemouth. Detectives are trying to trace a man they believe may have seen the group in a car park at around 2.40pm last Wednesday.

Woman critical after road crash
A woman is fighting for her life after a crash in Oxfordshire on Saturday. The pedestrian was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital after a collision with a car in Shirburn. It happened on the B4009 Watlington Road at around 9.30pm.
Man critical after shooting injuries
Doctors fear a man who was shot in the head and arms in Buckinghamshire may never recover from his injuries. The 33 year old is still in a critical condition after the incident in Stour Close in Aylesbury five weeks ago.
Tributes to biker killed in crash
The family of a motorcyclist killed in a collision on the A331 in Hampshire last Thursday have paid tribute to him. Mark Edwards was riding to Farnham shortly before 5.30am when he was in a collision with a Royal Mail lorry. He was taken to Frimley Park Hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.
His family have released the following statement:
“Mark was a hard working, loving husband and father. His life was dedicated to his family and providing the best life he could for them. “Mark will be greatly missed not only by his wife, sons and daughter but by his many friends and colleagues.”
A 52-year-old man from Southampton arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving has been bailed until August 20 pending further enquiries.
Teenager killed in head-on crash
A 19 year old has died and three other teenagers were seriously injured in a collision in Dorset last night. It happened on the A354 Blandford to Pimperne road at around 9.40pm.
