M25 hard shoulder plans
Drivers on the parts of the M25 will soon be able to use the hard shoulder - under new plans unveiled today.
Work will start next year to install overhead signs which will control the flow of traffic between Kent and Surrey.
The Highways Agency have denied claims it will be unsafe for drivers.
