Reports of A27 Eastbound partially blocked due to accident, several vehicles involved between A2030 Eastern Road and A3(M) in Portsmouth.
Also, long delays due to temporary traffic lights, emergency repairs and burst water main on A27 Lewes Road in both directions near Wilmington Street, congestion on A27 Eastbound to West Firle and on A27 Westbound to A22 / Polegate Bypass (Cop Hall Roundabout).
Olympic services on Southeastern trains are back to normal after two days of disruption.
The problems were caused by points problems between Cannon Street and London Bridge. Some trains were cancelled and others delayed.
Southeastern report that almost all services are running to time. Other lines taking people to the games report a normal service including South West Trains, Southern, Chiltern and First Great Western.
UPDATE: Traffic is now easing after the earlier accident on M25 anticlockwise at J8 A217 (Reigate).

Slow traffic due to earlier accident on M40 London bound between J4 A404 / A4010 (High Wycombe Handy Cross Roundabout) and J3 A40 / A4094 (Loudwater). All lanes have been re-opened.Lane three (of three) was closed, this was a result of a car colliding with the central reservation at 06:45.
Two lanes are closed and traffic is queueing due to an overturned caravan and recovery work on M25 anticlockwise at J8 A217 (Reigate). There is congestion back to J9 A243 / A245 / B2430 (Leatherhead).
