Police are still on the scene of a single vehicle collision in Whiteley but queues have cleared.
Officers were called at around 9.20am to reports that a Peugeot had collided with a traffic island on Rookery Avenue near the junction with Yew Tree Drive.
Delays of up to 45 minutes on Southern between Victoria and Brighton, between Victoria and Horsham and between London Bridge and Horsham due to signalling problem at Gatwick Airport. Tickets being accepted on local buses, and First Capital Connect services.

One lane blocked and queueing traffic due to broken down 4x4 towing a trailer on A3 Northbound at B2070 (Petersfield / Buriton), congestion on A3 to A3(M) J1 Clanfield.
Travel time is around 30 minutes. The northbound carriageway has been down to one lane since around 8am.

Reports of A420 in both directions partially blocked due to broken down van between A338 (Tubney Wood roundabout) and Church Road (Tubney village).
The van is reportedly on the single carriageway section, about half a mile west of the Tubney Wood roundabout. It is on the Swindon-bound side of the road, with traffic having to take it in turns to pass.
A322 Downshire Way Northbound closed due to earlier accident, oil spillage and recovery work at A329 / A3095 Mill Lane (Twin Bridges Roundabout).
The road has been closed since just after 6pm yesterday. Police confirm the road remains closed and are awaiting the local council to treat the spillage before the road can be reopened.
