There are delays of up to 40 minutes on trains running from Oxfordshire into London Marylebone.
Chiltern Railways says this is due to problems with line side equipment between Beaconsfield and High Wycombe.
Services from Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire are also affected.
M25 Kent: queueing traffic on M25 anticlockwise at A282, Dartford Tunnel toll booths, because of an earlier broken down vehicle. Travel time is around 20 minutes. Congestion to J3, M20 (Swanley Interchange).

In Kent, Ratcliffe Highway in High Halstow is closed in both directions between the A228 junction and the Hall Road junction, because of a police incident.
In West Sussex, Turners Hill Road in Crawley is closed in both directions between the B2110 Paddockhurst Road junction and the Old Hollow junction. There has been an accident involving two vehicles.
