More time given for Hove development
A proposed development for Sackville Trading Estate, Sackville Road, Hove that could create around 690 jobs, has had its time limit for implementation extended.
Coal Pension Properties Ltd had proposed a development that was approved in 2010 however the planning permission was due to expire on 2 March 2013.
The proposed development provides a mix of employment generating use. This includes a food store, a variety of retail units and office accommodation.
The scheme could create around 690 jobs – 150 in thefood store, 150 non-food retail, 350 office space, 30 small retail/cafes and 10 in on-site management /security.
