Two drivers named after crash

Police have named the drivers who died following a collision in Whitchurch on Monday. Roland Holliehead from Somerset and Kathryn Rose Hunt from Alresford died at the scene.

Police name drivers after double fatal in Whitchurch

Police are now in a position to name the drivers who died following a collision in Whitchurch on Monday.

The collision happened at 6.44am at Cole Henley Road and involved a green Ford Mondeo driven by Roland Holliehead, 65, from Riding Gate, Wincanton in Somerset and a silver Renault Clio driven by Kathryn Rose Hunt, 35 of Jacklyns Lane, Alresford. Both drivers died at the scene.
