A 10-year-old girl is making an appeal for a hit and run driver to give himself up after seriously injuring her. Boe Catton was enjoying a piggyback ride on her father's back when they were hit by a car.

The family of a ten-year-old girl - injured in a hit and run - are appealing to the driver to give him - or herself - up. Boe Catton was enjoying a piggyback ride on her father's back when they were hit by a car.

Both were left with serious leg injuries which has stopped dad Mark from working for several weeks. Divya Kohli has the story.

Father appeals to hit and run driver

A father and his daughter who were involved in a hit and run are calling for justice. Mark Catton from Aylesbury was carrying 10-year-old Boe when they were hit by a black Audi at the weekend. It then failed to stop.

Both needed hospital treatment, and and have now been discharged. Mr Catton fractured his leg - which means he could be out of work for weeks.
