TRAVEL - TRAINS: Delays in Hampshire
Delays of up to 15 minutes on South West Trains between Portsmouth Harbour and Guildford due to poor rail conditions at Havant. Tickets being accepted on local bus routes.
All lines in and out of Portsmouth Harbour are now open, however services may still be delayed. Also affecting Southern. First Great Western are now running normally.
TRAVEL - TRAINS: Isle of Wight - disruption on Island line
Disruption on Island Line between Shanklin and Ryde Pier Head due to poor weather conditions. There are no trains between Shanklin and Ryde Esplanade.
Some minibuses are running between these stations where road conditions allow, extending journey times by up to 20 minutes. A rail shuttle is running Ryde Esplanade to Ryde Pier Head.
TRAVEL - TRAINS: SUSSEX - signalling problems at Three Bridges
Delays of up to 20 minutes on First Capital Connect between Haywards Heath and East Croydon due to signalling problem at Three Bridges. There is no current estimate for when a normal service will resume. Southern services through the area were already affected.

Very slow traffic and hazardous driving conditions due to ice on A23 Northbound between B2118 (Hurstpierpoint / Sayers Common Turn Off) and M23.

Delays of up to 45 minutes on P and O Ferries between Dover and Calais due to earlier industrial action in Calais.

TRAVEL - KENT: Capel-le-Ferne - A20 blocked
The A20 is blocked at Capel-le-Ferne, with hazardous driving conditions due to recovery work and ice between Alkham Valley Road (Round Hill Tunnel) and B2011 (Court Wood Interchange). The road is currently blocked to recover a lorry that's got stuck in the central reservation.
