There are now 29 Flood Alerts in place for the Meridian region with a further three issued by the Environment Agency this morning following more heavy rain overnight.
A Flood Alert is issued when flooding is possible and local residents should be prepared.
The new Flood Alerts are for the following areas:
The River Thames and Tributaries from Buscot Wick down to Kings Lock.
The River Thames and tributaries in the Oxford Area, including areas between Wolvercote down to and including Radley and Jericho.
The River Ock from Watchfield to Abingdon, and also the Letcombe Brook at Wantage, Grove and East Hanney.

There are more than 21 Flood Alerts in place across the Meridian region today.
The Environment Agency issue Flood Alerts when homes are at risk of flooding and residents should be prepared.
This was the River Lambourn at Donnington near Newbury today. New Flood Alerts have also been issued for the River Evenlode at Woodstock in Oxfordshire and along the Lower River Loddon in Berkshire.

A new Flood Alert has been issued by the Environment Agency for the Lower River Loddon taking the total number of Flood Alerts in our region to 21.
The Environment Agency are warning residents that flooding is possible for the Lower River Loddon including Swallowfield, Arborfield, Shinfield, Barkham, Lower Earley, Sindlesham, Winnersh, Woodley, Hurst and Waltham-St-Lawrence.

Flood alerts in place across the region

There are 20 Flood Alerts in place across the Meridian region this weekend following heavy rain on Friday night and Saturday.
A Flood Alert is issued when the Environment Agency thinks flooding in a town or village is possible and local residents should be prepared.
A Flood Alert was issued on Saturday morning for the River Evenlode from Moreton in Marsh to Cassington and also the River Glyme at Wootton and Woodstock.
River Lambourn from Upper Lambourn down to Newbury.
Groundwater flooding in Twyford and Hensting.
Groundwater flooding in Hursley.
Groundwater flooding in Pitton, West Tytherley, Nether Wallop and Broughton.
Groundwater flooding in the Nailbourne Catchment. Areas at risk include Nailbourne, Lyminge, Elham, Barham, Bridge, Bekesbourne, Littlebourne and Wickhambreaux.
Groundwater flooding in the Alton area. Communities at risk include Alton, Chawton and Lower Farringdon.
Groundwater flooding in Deane and Ashe in North Hampshire.
Groundwater flooding in West Ilsley, East Ilsley, Compton, Chilton and West Hagbourne.
Ground water flooding in Vernham Deane, Upton and the Bourne Valley.
Groundwater flooding in the Upper Aldbourne Valley.
Groundwater flooding in villages to the north east of Andover.
River Pang from East Ilsley to Pangbourne and Sulham Brook.
Groundwater flooding in Finchdean, Dean Lane End and Rowlands Castle.
Groundwater flooding inthe Lambourne Valley catchment.
Groundwater flooding in Bishops Sutton near Alresford in Hampshire.
Ground water flooding in Kings Somborne and Little Somborne in Hampshire.
