Navy veteran Alec 'not invited'

At a special ceremony in Downing Street, the Prime Minister presented the Arctic Star medal - or the Bomber Command clasp. But Arctic veteran Alec Penstone from the Isle of Wight, is 'sore' because he was not invited to the ceremony.
