Measles Vaccination Catch-up

NHS England has announced formal plans for a catch up vaccination programme to protect against measles following the outbreak in Wales. GPs in the south will now invite patients aged between 10 and 16 who have not had the MMR jab to be vaccinated.

Wessex GPs offer MMR jab

In response to the outbreak of Measles in Wales, NHS England has unveiled its plans to vaccinate in the ITV Meridian region. GPs in Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire and on the Isle of Wight will offer the MMR jab to 10 to 16 year olds who haven't previously had it.
