Two men have been charged following an alleged incident of vandalism on a mosque in Dorset.

Robert Mullins, 35, of Shaftesbury, and Trevor Mullins, 38, of Poole, have been charged with racially aggravated criminal damage following the incident at Ashley Road, Parkstone, yesterday.

Four windows were smashed at the premises of the Dorset Islamic Cultural Centre at 3.50pm.

The two men will appear before magistrates tomorrow.

Windows were smashed at the Islamic Cultural Centre in Parkstone late yesterday afternoon. One man was arrested at the scene and another was taken into custody in the evening.

Officers investigating the incident are still looking for two other men.
