Police are tonight hunting for two joyriders who stole a double-decker bus and crashed it into a number of parked cars, a lamp post and a garden wall in Ramsgate, Kent.
The bus was stolen just 15 minutes before from the town's railway station.
Kent Police are hunting for two men who stole a double decker bus which later crashed into a brick wall.
Emergency services were called to Grange Road in Ramsgate shortly before 4am on Saturday to reports that a bus had collided with a number of parked cars, a lamp post and a garden wall. Two men were seen running away form the scene.
A Kent Police spokesman told ITV Meridian: "The bus, which was due to be used as a replacement rail service, was stolen from Ramsgate Railway Station at 3.30am. Kent Police is working with British Transport Police to investigate the incident."
A bus which was believed to be stolen has crashed into a lamp post and a wall in Kent.
The police and fire service were called to Grange Road in Ramsgate at around 03:45 this morning and found the bus embedded in a brick wall.
Fire crews made the scene safe and the police are now investigating the incident.
