A man has appeared before Bournemouth Magistrates charged with unlawfully killing a father-of-two 12 years ago. Clive Wilcox, 42, died after allegedly being attacked outside a convenience store during a night out. Martin Dowse reports.
A man appeared before magistrates in Bournemouth this morning charged with unlawfully killing a father-of-two twelve years ago.
42 year old Clive Wilcox died after allegedly being attacked outside a convenience store in the town during a night out.
Daniel Scott, 33, of no fixed address is also charged with using a false passport at St Pancras station in London this month.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Bournemouth Crown Curt later this month.
A man is due before magistrates this morning over the death of a man in Dorset 12 years ago. Clive Wilcox, 42, from Moordown, died in hospital after being attacked as he left a One Stop store in Winton in May, 2001.
Daniel Scott, 33, formerly of Bournemouth, has been charged with manslaughter. He is due to appear before Bournemouth magistrates this morning.
A man has been charged over the death of a father in Dorset 12 years ago. Clive Wilcox died after an incident outside the One Stop in Wimborne Road in the Winton area of Bournemouth. Police have now charged 33-year-old Daniel Scott, formerly of Bournemouth, with manslaughter.
He is due to appear at Bournemouth Magistrates' Court on Monday.
