An electric car developed in Oxfordshire has broken the world electric land speed record.
Former science minister Lord Paul Drayson was behind the wheel when his company's battery powered car hit a top speed of more than 200mph at a racetrack in Yorkshire.
The old record of 175mph was set almost four decades ago.
Paul Drayson, the Chief Officer of Drayson Racing Technologies, explains why he's so excited at the thought of an electric future.
