A vulnerable 98-year-old man was burgled in his home in Gillingham, Kent last week.
Antique items were stolen on Wednesday, August 7 while the victim, who is disabled, was attending a hospital appointment.
The break-in happened between 11.30am and 2.30pm and it is believed entry was gained through a rear door.

"The items stolen may not even be worth much money but they are of significant sentimental value."
