Second person charged with murder

A 22-year-old has been charged with murder following the discovery of a body in Guildford last week.

The body of 54-year-old Neil Tulley was found at an address in the Bellfields area.

Joshua Ellis, 22-years-old, from Cedar Way will appear at South West Surrey Magistrates Court in Guildford this morning.

The body of a man found in the Bellfields area of Guildford has been formally identified.

The victim has been named as 54-year-old Neil Tulley who was found on Tuesday, August 13.

A post mortem examination at the Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford said the cause of death was multiple stab wounds.

The murder investigation was launched following the discovery of the body at an address in Cedar Way just after 10am on Tuesday, August 13.

A 22-year-old man and a 14-year-old boy were arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of murder after presenting themselves to Woking Police Station.

Surrey Police is appealing for information as to the whereabouts of two brothers from the Bellfields area of Guildford as part of its on-going murder investigation into the death of a man in his fifties.

Officers are urging anyone who knows where 22-year-old Joshua Ellis and 14-year-old Jerome Ellis are currently to contact Surrey Police as soon as possible.

Surrey Police is appealing for information as to the whereabouts of two brothers from the Bellfields area of Guildford as part of its on-going murder investigation into the death of a man in his fifties.

The two were living at the Cedar Way address where the body of a man was found with stab wounds yesterday (Tuesday, 13 August).

A 49-year-old woman and a 16-year-old male arrested on suspicion of murder remain in custody.
