This footage comes from the RNLI lifeboat which was launched to rescue two men whose fishing boat was capsized in the Solent.
The Coastguard requested assistance this morning at 8.12am and the lifeboat crew from the Isle of Wight was launched.
Two men have been rescued after their fishing boat sank near Christchurch in Dorset.
Solent Coastguard received several calls at 8am this morning reporting a red distress flare west of the Needles lighthouse.
The Needles Coastguard Rescue Team reported that they could see a liferaft out to sea.
The RNLI Yarmouth lifeboat and rescue helicopter from Lee-on-Solent were launched and took the men back to shore by lifeboat.
It is thought they were out in their liferaft for at least two hours but they did not require any further medical attention.
