Video. It is October and the countdown to Halloween has begun. But for some farmers, it is not growing pumpkins that concerns them, it's stopping people stealing them. One farm on the edge of the New Forest has been targeted twice in the last week.
The owners say they have had to step up security in order to protect their crop. Martin Dowse reports.
Hundreds of pumpkins were stolen and others were destroyed as thieves ransacked a farm in the New Forest. The owners have now been forced to step up security to protect the crop form Halloween.
Jane Manley, the farmer whose pumpkins have been stolen, told us what she thinks.
