The man left his car to enter the start code in the machine at Frilford Heath filling station, Abingdon. The carwash started, trapping the man between the frame of the machine and his vehicle. Fire crews rescued him by cutting away the car door.

Man's foot trapped in carwash machine

The man who became trapped in a carwash had his foot trapped in the machine, according to Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service. Two crews from Abingdon attended along with the rescue tender from Kidlington.

The man was left in the care of the ambulance service after the incident Frilford Heath service station.
