The family of a woman who died after she was found injured in Broadstairs have released a statement paying tribute to her.

Anne-Marie Birch was found in Whiteness Road on 7th November 2013.

Anne-Marie was a much-loved and devoted mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Her sudden death has been a devastating shock to us all and we ask for your respect in allowing us our time and space to grieve over our loss. For those who ever knew or met Anne-Marie would know how she was the kindest, sweetest human being and will be sadly missed by us all."

A "much-loved" mother and daughter

The family of a woman who was killed last week in Broadstairs have paid tribute to her, saying she was a much-loved and devoted mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend.

Kent Police were called to Whiteness Road just after 1.30pm on 7th November 2013 to reports of concern for a woman who had suffered injuries.

Officers along with medical staff attended but 47-year-old Anne-Marie Birch was pronounced dead at the scene.
