It was a thrilling match at St Mary's this afternoon - with five goals including a home goal by Southampton's Hooiveld in the 54th minute. Southampton took an early lead with an Adam Lallana goal in the 13th minute.

That was quickly followed by Emmanuel Adebayor scoring his first league goal of the season. An unfortunate home goall by Saints' Jos Hooiveld - put the visitors ahead. Striker Rickie Lambert levelled. But Adebayor curled in the winner.

Southampton took an early lead at St Mary's against Tottenham Hotspurs. Saints' Adam Lallana right footed from outside the box to bottom left corner assisted by Daniel Fox. But in the last few minutes Spurs have equalised thanks to Emmanuel Adebayor.
