Friends and fellow runners stood in silence today to remember the man who died after completing the London Marathon last weekend. They gathered near Newbury for a regular five kilometre run which Rob Berry often took part in. Richard Jones has more.
The Newbury parkrun in Berkshire today is being dedicated in memory of a London Marathon runner who died last weekend. Rob Berry, 42, from Newbury, collapsed after crossing the finish line. He was a well known runner in the area.
His Just Giving page has received donations of more than £72,000 to the National Osteoporosis Society so far.
