The M40 at Junction 8A in Oxfordshire is closed northbound after a pedestrian was killed following a collision with a lorry.
Officers were called to the junction at 2.50pm this afternoon following reports of a collision involving a pedestrian and a lorry.
The male pedestrian died at the scene.
The Northbound carriageway of the M40 is currently closed between Junction 8A and 9. Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible.
