The second woman is described as white, aged in her late 40s to early 50s, between 5ft 8ins - 10ins tall and of proportionate build. She had fair to blonde long hair and was wearing glasses.

"These two women were actively targeting elderly women and made several attempts to steal from people shopping in the city. If you know who they are, please contact me as soon as possible. I would also like to advise people to ensure their purses are kept in closed handbags. It seems that one woman tried to distract the victim and the other stole the purse, so I would remind people to be aware of unknown people who may approach you while out shopping."
