Police are renewing an appeal for information after a lorry driver died after hitting a bridge on the A2 near Canterbury.
Henryk Konopacki, aged 56, from Poland, died after the red Renault artic lorry he was driving collided with a concrete bridge support on the London-bound carriageway of the A2, just past the Barham slip road.
Both carriageways of the A2 are closed between Bridge and Barham, near Canterbury, following a serious collision.
Kent Police say that a foreign-registered lorry has collided with a bridge near Bishopbourne. The driver is said to be seriously injured.
The accident happened at around 1.35pm on Tuesday.
