There are very few details about what actually happened at Holmsley campsite. - but police have confirmed they are treating the six-year-old girl's death as suspicious. They were called to Bransgore at 12.50am.
The six-year-old girl who was found dead at a camp site in the New Forest was treated by paramedics. She was taken to Southampton General Hospital. Police are searching the area and talking to potential witnesses. A 30-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman, both from Gosport, are in custody.
