Plenty of homes in Brighton have a copy of Graham Greene's famous novel 'Brighton Rock' on their shelves. It was written in 1938. Hard to believe the film of the same name is celebrating its 70th anniversary.
The iconic movie, that starred a young Richard Attenborough as teenage gangster Pinkie Brown, was shot in part around the city, and this year is the focal point of Brighton's CineCity festival.
