Surrey Police is growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a man in his 30s missing from Cobham.
Yuki Uwai, aged 32, was last seen at 7.30am on Saturday, 14 March and contacted his family later the same evening but has not been seen or heard from since.
A number of enquiries have been carried out to locate Yuki and it is believed he may have travelled to the New Malden or Hampshire areas.
Yuki is described as being of Japanese origin, around 5ft 8ins tall, of slim build with black, spiky hair and grey stubble. He requires regular medication which he does not have with him.
Officers believe Yuki is driving his vehicle, a white VW Caddy van with the registration PK59 UMU and are asking anyone who has seen this vehicle to contact them with information.
Anyone who knows Yuki's whereabouts is urged to contact Surrey Police quoting reference P15067126.
When the last shop closed in the Kent village of Cobham residents lost a store and a lot more besides. The loss of the 600-year-old shop knocked the heart out of the village.
But tonight it's back in business - doing a great trade but banking no profit.
Andrea Thomas reports and we meet the shop's director Kate Garner, managers Jaki and Rebecca Penfold, volunteer Delia Webster, designer Anna Gohmi, and customers John Reeves and Kalle Hogh.
