Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward following a collision involving a pedestrian and a mobility scooter in Christchurch.
The rider of the scooter did not stop and continued toward Sopers Lane. Following further enquiries, I am now able to release a CCTV image of a lady that we would like to speak with. The picture shows a white woman, about 50-years-old, with long blonde hair, of stocky build, wearing a light coloured jacket. It may be that this lady can help me with my investigation.

Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was left with back and neck injuries after two cars were in collision in Fareham, close to the town's leisure centre. The accident happened around 8.00 pm on Friday on Downham Road. Officers want anyone who may have seen anything to contact them.
A man has been taken to hospital with what are believed to be life-threatening injuries after a collision with a car in Basingstoke. The incident happened at about 1.20pm today on London Road near the junction with New Road. The pedestrian was taken to North Hampshire Hospital.
The driver of the vehicle was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving. Road closures are in place in the area.
A man from Kent remains in a critical condition in hospital after a collision with a blue VW taxi at Gatwick Airport at around 5am this morning.
The sixty-seven-year-old has extensive head and body injuries. The collision happened on the south perimeter road near the Welcome to Gatwick roundabout. The 53-year-old taxi driver and his two passengers were uninjured.
"We are still investigating the circumstances that led up to this unfortunate incident and would appeal to anyone who witnessed the collision to please call 101 quoting Operation Albrook.
"The road into the South Terminal was closed for four and half hours and I would like to thank drivers for their patience and understanding whilst the casualty was attended to and the scene of the collision forensically examined."
