Chris Evans video. The Duchess of Cambridge has spent her second wedding anniversary showing her support for Children's Hospice week. It's an event aimed at highlighting the great work charities do for children with life limiting conditions and their families.

There are many events taking place ahead of the live charity appeal show on Friday the 21st December. Today John Ryall has been to see the work of the Demelza House at Sittingbourne in Kent - one of 49 children's hospices supported by the national charity Together for Short Lives.
